What's ECI?
Local in its origins, but global in outlook, ECI will create a network stretching to many parts of the Earth thus hoping to become a center for living and learning with an important role to play in the global community.
ECI's mission is to conduct action-oriented research into the creation of a truly sustainable society. We hope to share knowledge and wisdom with many people around the world.
The basic theme of ECI research is the design and creation of sustainable communities. Our research will touch on all aspects of this grand task; human life, food and agriculture, transportation and interaction, energy and water, material sciences and climate systems. The research is focused not only on immediate implementation in society, but also on creating the basic conditions for future generations.
